Everyone is different and individual. Depending on the symptoms or complaints, I may use techniques from another method, such as Osteopathy, Rolfing, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology or Somatic Experiencing, to help you more effectively and quickly.

When you book a session (doesn't matter which method) and tell me, for example:

  • "I want to relax; I want a Foot Reflexology Massage". Then I use exactly this method.

  • "I've heard a lot about Rolfing and I want to try it out". Then I use exactly this method.

  • "I am >here< in pain, please help me with Rolfing". Then I use exactly this method.

or you say

  • "I am >here< in pain, and it doesn't matter which method you use, just help me". Then I use a combination of the methods mentioned above, depending on the situation. This gives me more options to create an individual treatment plan for you. And I will of course discuss the approach with you.
